Yes! Your electric bike has been repaired, inspected and certified by a professional bike mechanic. As a result, we are pleased to provide a 1 year warranty on your battery, motor and electronics if you experience any issues within the first 12 months after purchasing your electric bike.
Who Takes Care of Repairing My Electric Bike in Case of a Problem?
We’ll do our best to get in touch with you, either over the phone or by referring you to a local bike shop. If that doesn’t work, we’ll repair your electric bike in our Brooklyn, NY workshop and ship it back to you.
